Welcome to Brewster’s Brewery. We were founded in 1998 by Sara Barton who has a desire to brew fine innovative beers on an artisan scale.
We continue to develop new beers and put a twist on old styles by incorporating the latest hop varieties. We aim to become an all round craft brewery producing an array of beer styles with great flavours for all occasions.
We have a panel of regular beers and two ranges of development beers, Whimsicale 4.0% abv and Wicked Women beers 4.8% abv.
Our 330ml bottled beer selection is developing. The Porter and Pale Ale will be joined by an IPA in the early autumn. Our beers are brewery conditioned and are unpasteurised for greater flavour.
A Helles lager style beer is in development for distribution via kegs.
